2. Account Issues
If you are having trouble with your account, including login problems, notification issues, or difficulty updating your profile, email us at hello@buggg.me with a description of the issue and we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Report a User
If another user is harassing you, sending spam, or violating our Terms of Service, please report them directly within the app or contact us at hello@buggg.me. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
4. Appeal a Ban
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by emailing hello@buggg.me with your account details and the reason for your appeal. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
5. Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. If you need additional help with account deletion or would like us to confirm your data has been removed, contact us at privacy@buggg.me.
