By creating an account or using buggg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use buggg.
buggg is operated by buggg collective LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Throughout these terms, "buggg," "we," "us," and "our" refer to buggg collective LLC.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use buggg. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use buggg.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. What You Can Do on buggg
buggg allows you to:
- Share your availability with friends
- Send and receive direct messages
- Make and accept hangout requests with friends
These features are designed to help you connect with people you already know in real life. buggg is not a public social network or a platform for meeting strangers.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use buggg to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any other user
- Create a fake profile or impersonate any person or entity
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
- Post or share content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or scrape buggg
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of buggg
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Violations of these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.
6. Enforcement and Account Termination
If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we will issue a warning before taking further action where appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
If your account is terminated and you believe it was in error, you may appeal by contacting us at hello@buggg.me. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision following an appeal is final.
You may also delete your account at any time from within the app.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or share through buggg, including messages and availability information. By using buggg, you grant buggg collective LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely as necessary to operate the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. buggg does not endorse or verify any user content and is not liable for content posted by users.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
buggg currently offers a free tier. When paid subscription features become available, the following terms will apply:
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
buggg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, buggg collective LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of buggg, including but not limited to:
- Any interactions or meetups arranged through buggg
- Content posted or shared by other users
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
- Any other matter relating to the service
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to buggg in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless buggg collective LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of buggg, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology associated with buggg — including the name, logo, and app interface — is owned by buggg collective LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of buggg without our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
buggg may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies independently.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of buggg after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
